Compliance and Privacy Policies


Allies in Hope is committed to a high standard of ethics, integrity, professionalism, and compliance as reflected in our Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct. We expect our staff, contractors, vendors, and volunteers to adhere to the Standards of Conduct when performing their jobs and duties. We are also committed to providing quality care to our patients and clients while maintaining patient/client privacy and compliance with the laws and regulations govern to work. Please use the confidential online Compliance Report Form to submit questions or concerns regarding privacy, confidentiality, or other legal/regulatory compliance.


Submissions of this form will be sent to the AFH Compliance Officer for further investigation.

All submissions are confidential and will be reviewed within 5-10 business days.
